Humankind KidsRUN Center
Especially for the start of the KidsRUN Center, the Fit&Fun Team of Humankind provides a nice warm up on stage. From 2.45 pm, children gather in front of the stage at H.J. van Heekplein for the warm up. After the warm up, the children are escorted from here to the start. Award ceremony will take place on the podium at the finish on the Boulevard.
Kidsdorp
For a good warm up you come to the Humankind KidsDORP. You can find it on the H.J. van Heekplein. In the KidsDORP there is a nice climbing wall, there are sports and games activities and you can participate in a bootcamp under the guidance of the Fit & Fun Team of Humankind. Are you coming too?
Accessibility
During Enschede Marathon, the city is less easily accessible than usual. Keep in mind that you need more time to get from A to B and there are walking routes that you need to follow.
Parking (note: paid!)
Via this link you will find more information about parking by bike and car. We advise you to come by bike or public transport. Paid parking will apply on April 16. Shops are closed.
Recycling plastic bottles
In the context of sustainability, it is possible to recycle empty bottles at every KidsRUN location. These can then be disposed of in the designated roll container. This way we waste as little plastic as possible together!

Your starting number (with name if registered online before 28 March)– A real ‘big people medal’ – Water and a healthy snack, sponsored by the Albert Heijn Center
Action Aquadrome
Did you know that your starting number is worth money? Hand in your starting number at Aquadrome before 1 June 2023 and receive the second entrance ticket for free. A fun way to give the KidsRUN a sporty sequel!
