Karel Holtrop is organizing a series of long-distance runs in beautiful areas in Twente and surrounding regions, training for the full or half marathon of Enschede in April. The approach is informal, under the motto: "I'm going for a run, and whoever wants to join can tag along."
On the following days, spread across Twente, the following distances will be run in preparation for the Enschede Marathon (start times and locations to follow):
Saturday, November 23rd: 1 or 2 times 10 km
Saturday, December 21st: 1 or 2 times 12 km
Saturday, January 18th: 1 or 2 times 14 km
Saturday, February 15th: 1 or 2 times 16 km
Saturday, March 15th: 1 or 2 times 18 km
Runners preparing for the full marathon can run the loops twice. Those aiming for the half marathon can run a single loop.
