Changing registration, canceling or transferring start number

Can I cancel my registration?
Yes, this is possible until March 28, 2024, via [email protected]. Only when you have cancellation insurance you will receive your registration fee back and, if desired, the money for the ordered items. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, a refund is NOT possible. We will only process a request for a refund with a doctor’s statement. Cancellation insurance can only be taken out for the full and half marathon.

Can I change my registration?
Up to and including March 28, 2024, changes are possible by sending an email to [email protected]. If you want to change to a longer distance, an invoice for the price difference will be sent. After March 28, 2024, it will only be possible to change your distance at the Runnersbeurs Saxion on Saturday, April 20, and Sunday, April 21. Don’t forget to mention your expected finish time! If you change to a shorter distance, you will not receive a refund for the price difference.

Can I transfer my race number?
Transferring the starting number for the ‘Marathon’ and ‘Half Marathon’, 10 km, 5 km and ‘The Two of Enschede’ sections to a third party is possible in writing until 28 March 2024. At the registration desk during the weekend itself, it is possible at the relevant stand. Please note: while stocks of available ‘exchange’ start numbers last!

Can I add extras, such as a t-shirt or engraving of my medal, to my registration?
Yes, this is possible until March 28, 2024, at [email protected].
