Free Running Check
Are you participating in the Enschede Marathon 2026? Then you can get a free running check at the Orthopedics Department of Medisch Spectrum Twente on a date to be announced (from 18:00 to 20:00).
Want to achieve your best time and receive targeted sports advice for running-related complaints? At MST, you can get a free running check by various movement specialists. If necessary, an ultrasound will be done on the spot.
You’ll receive immediate, tailored advice:
Green: You’re good to go for the marathon
Yellow: You’ll make it with these tips!
Red: It’s unwise to run

The running check is performed by a team of sports-specialized orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and radiologists.

If you’d like to do the running check, register by emailing [email protected]. Please include a brief description of your complaint so the right expert can see you.
The running check is a collaboration between Medisch Spectrum Twente, Topvorm Twente, Umooove en voetencentrum Wender.
