From 10 Miles to Half Marathon
The Haaksbergse Engelse Mijlenloop on March 22, 2026, with its distinctly British atmosphere, has become one of the most enjoyable recreational races in the eastern Netherlands over the past 25+ years. The Mijlenloop is not only about performance, but also about atmosphere and fun in the village and along the course. Both competitive and novice runners thoroughly enjoy the race, thanks in part to the enthusiastic crowd and the beautiful route.
The Enschede Marathon has partnered with the Haaksbergse Engelse Mijlenloop. Participants who want to take part in both running events receive a discount on the registration fee. As a participant, you first run the ten English Miles (16.1 km) on March 22, 2026, and then take on the challenge of the Forvis Mazars Half Marathon in Enschede on April 12, 2026. The cost for this "From 10 Miles to Half Marathon" package is €47.50.
